Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final exported content delivered to you. We retain the rights to our AI models, templates, underlying workflows, and any proprietary technology used to generate the content.
You agree to provide accurate information, including reference photos and business details, necessary for us to deliver our services. You confirm that you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
Salih the CMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any content generated by us.
